We start with the amount Najah actually receives. Payment processing and transfer fees, together with any administrative costs disclosed and agreed before your donation, are deducted. The entirety of the remaining donation goes towards the cost of the project for which it was given. Project donations are not used for staff salaries or advertising.
You may voluntarily give extra to cover agreed fees and costs, or make a separate unrestricted gift to Najah. These are optional, not preselected or automatically added. Ask our team for the breakdown before paying. Zakat must be agreed for an eligible project and kept separate from unrestricted organisational gifts.
